Brian Chaput PHR, SHRM-CP

President

With nearly three decades of HR experience, Brian has collaborated with teams across diverse industries, including retail, automotive, transportation, healthcare, education, travel and tourism, engineering, and professional services. His expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, HR legal compliance, and employee engagement has helped businesses foster positive and productive workplace environments. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Beyond his career, Brian is a United States Navy veteran and a youth football coach. A firm believer in community service, Brian actively supports organizations such as United Way, Food Bank of the Rockies, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Parker Hawks, and the Rotary Club of Parker.

Krystin Moody SHRM-CP, ACC

Krystin is a certified SHRM Professional (SHRM-CP) and a certified leadership coach (CPCC and ACC) with a wealth of experience in talent management, technology integration, and cultural transformation. Her varied background in music, fashion, and technical design offers a distinctive combination of creativity and strategic perspective to the HR field. Having collaborated across sectors such as retail, transportation, hospitality, and professional services, Krystin empowers organizations to view HR as a catalyst for growth while promoting impactful cross-departmental collaboration that drives sustained success.

Jolene Hepperlen PHR

Human Resources Management Consultant

Jolene is a certified HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) whose diverse background offers a unique perspective shaped by a career in healthcare, hospitality, marketing, sales, event planning, and human resources. This broad exposure, coupled with leadership roles such as Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Catering and Special Events Manager, has given Jolene an appreciation of how diverse businesses operate and thrive. She focuses on fostering positive work environments, understanding organizational culture, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
